Mortgage Advisor

Irish Pensions & Finance, formed in 1993, has over 30,000 clients and over €1 billion in funds under management.

Roughly 80% of our business book comes from the Public Sector where we administrate 152 Union sponsored salary deducted AVC schemes.

The Role:

• Liaising with current team of 70 Financial Advisers to obtain and develop mortgage leads
• Supporting clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering the required documents
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends and regulations.
• Meeting with clients to win mortgage business, and step them through the process.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth mortgage journey.
• Deal with providers to ensure a smooth transition of the pipeline.

The Ideal Candidate:

• QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser)
• One – Two years’ experience in providing mortgage advice
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of mortgage and market leading products
• Target driven with an excellent track record

OTE €70k in year 1 with a structured career path.

Please note that this role is hybrid-based, time is split between office & home.

Full-time attendance in the office is required for the first 4-5 weeks for training & induction purposes.
