Irish Pensions & Finance are an established pension brokerage working mostly with the Public Sector. We have over 28,000 clients and run over 150 Group AVC Schemes.
We require an ambitious career driven Retirement Claims Administrator to join our team.
· You will be working directly with 60 Financial Advisors so it’s important the applicant has excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Processing and vetting all new Retirement Claims, ARF’s, AMRF’S & Annuities at onboarding through to surrender settlement stage
· Ensure compliance with Central Bank CPC Requirements
· Liaise with Client, Employers, Superannuation Departments and Insurance Companies to ensure successful and timely settlement of retirement claims
· Deal with incoming calls from the Retirement Helpdesk
· Weekly meetings with financial advisors in relation to Pipeline Management
· Report to management weekly on the surrender settlement stats
· 2-3 years’ experience in the Pensions Industry in administration and/or claims
· Ideally you will be QFA qualified (APA as a minimum)
· Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
· Work well under pressure, with strong attention to detail and be good at multi-tasking.
· Effective interpersonal and relationship management skills
· Customer focused and driven
· Team player with attention to detail and an ability to work on own initiative
· The ability to meet deadlines in a fast moving and demanding environment
· Computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook, use of CRM systems.

The ideal candidate will attract a salary of €30,000 per annum plus bonuses. (On Target Earnings €36,000)
