Step Two: Before we can process your request we may need some documents from you to verify your identity (passport or drivers licence) and current address (a utility bill dated within the last 6 months). This helps us protect you and your money. You should include these documents with your completed request form so that we can process your request and give you your money as quickly as possible.
Step Three: Your money will be sent right to your bank account by Electronic Funds Transfer. All you need to do is give us your bank account details on the request form.
