Client Services Manager
Lorna began working in Irish Pension and Finance in April 2017 as an Administrator.
Lorna transitioned into the Client Services Dept as an administrator in February 2018, since then Lorna has continuously evolved the client services department into a key internal area of quality control and business retention while keeping our clients best interests at the forefront.
In January 2021 Lorna was promoted to Client Services Manager, the team has also expanded with two client services administrators working alongside Lorna.
Lorna strives to ensure a professional high standard of service is achieved through client interaction and the corresponding paperwork.
Lorna has completed her QFA, RPA and most recently Professional Certificate in Compliance.
