We were blessed with the weather for our 2024 Family Fun Day in June! Between football, games, music and treats, a fantastic day was had by kiddies and adults alike, while raising valuable funds for Childrens Health Ireland. Watch a video of the day here:
IPF have had a close relationship with the St James’ Hospital Foundation for many years. A highlight of the summer has always been taking part in the Wicklow Mountains Cycle in aid of the hospital!
Some brave IPF staff abseiled from the Dalkey quarry in 2024, raising funds for the Mater hospital. That same Summer, some of the fitter members of the team headed to Inis Mór to take part in the annual Aer Arann Islands Half Marathon in aid of the foundation!
St Michael’s House has long been a cause very close to our hearts. For many years, we have hosted annual football tournaments to raise funds for this valuable service, with the support of An Garda Siochana Football Club and representatives from our various partner life companies.
Some of our thrill-seeker team members braved the Croke Park abseil in aid of the foundation for the last two years! We are also delighted to take part in the annual Beaumont Hospital Foundation Fun Run, a lovely event for an amazing cause.
Each year, the IPF ladies get their runners on and take part in the VHI Women’s Mini-Marathon, raising money for both Children’s Health Ireland and the Irish Cancer Society.
This year, we were delighted to sponsor the Great Rotunda Bake Off, such a fun event for Rotunda staff, judged by esteemed chefs from restaurants such as Chapter One and Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud. Our CEO, Claire Hanrahan also raised money for the foundation in 2023, running the Dublin Marathon.
