How do I contact my financial advisor?

You can contact your advisor directly by phone or email. If you’re unsure of their contact details, please refer to our ‘About Us’ page or call our main office and we’ll connect you.

Can I update my personal or contact details?

Yes. Please email us at info@ipf.ie or call the office on 01 8298500 to update your address, phone number, email, or beneficiaries. We may require written confirmation for certain changes.

How do I make additional contributions to my pension?

You can make once-off or regular contributions to your pension plan. Contact your advisor for tailored advice or to make any adjustments to your plan.

How much does it cost to book a financial review?

Financial Consultations with an IPF Advisor are complimentary. Go to https://ipf.ie/contact/contact-us/ to book your appointment.

What should I do if I’m changing jobs or retiring?

Please notify us as early as possible. We’ll guide you through your pension options, including transfers or drawdown choices.

What happens to my pension if I leave the public sector or move abroad?

Your pension entitlements will depend on your years of service and contributions. Contact us for personalised advice based on your circumstances.

What charges are on my current plan?

To find out how the charges work on your existing plans, please contact your Advisor or our Service Centre to get a breakdown of how your own particular plan works.

My spouse / partner works in the private sector. Can they receive financial advice?

Yes, all our Financial Advisors are qualified to give advice to private sector employees. Their knowledge of public sector entitlements allows them to provide you and your spouse / partner with a plan that considers your finances as a whole.

How do I make a complaint or provide feedback?

Client feedback is very important to us. You can lodge a complaint or leave feedback by emailing info@ipf.ie or calling our office. We take all concerns seriously and aim to resolve issues promptly.
