Orlaith began working in Irish Pensions and Finance in February 2019 as a Life & Pensions Administrator. Orlaith moved up to  Senior Life & Pension Administrator in March 2021.

In July 2022, Orlaith was promoted to Admin Team Leader, managing a team of 4 administrators focused on setting up new policies for client’s in a timely manner whilst providing the best customer service. The team has since grown to 8 members.

Orlaith holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management and is also QFA’d.
